Standard Delivery 5 - 7 Working Days - Please note that £20 of insurance is included with each parcel that we send, should you wish to insure your parcel further to cover the full amount against loss or breakage during transit please contact us on 01217455849 and we can give you a quotation of what additional insurance would cost. No claims will be entered into above £20 unless additional insurance has been paid for. We will always send you a confirmation of order and an email when your order has shipped - please be aware that these emails sometimes go to the junk or spam boxes in your email account, it is best to check there before contacting us. We provide the tracking information including the company used and tracking number. Unless you have asked for a specific company to deliver your parcel we will us Parcel2Go and you can access up to date tracking information on their webiste www.parcel2go.com 24 hours a day. We always try to use as little packaging as possible and where possible we will try to reuse packaging, this is especially the case with accesories or breakable items, as their original packaging from the manufacturer is usually the most safe and secure of all! Our environment means a lot to us and if you can reuse our packagaing again that would be even better!

And because of this there may be some delays in sending out orders during school holiday periods, if the delay will be significant (over 7 working days) we will contact you via email to let you know, but please don't worry your order will be despatched as soon as possible!
We aim to despatch all orders within 24-48 hours of them being placed with us, sometimes during busy periods i.e Christmas despatch may take longer.
Please be aware that deliveries may be delayed by weather, strike action or volume of deliveries, unfortunately we have no control over these variables but will keep you updated on the progress of your order via email as much as possible. Please feel free to contact us at email@example.com for an update on your order status at anytime. We aim to answer all emails within 24 hours.
in the first instance please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with a photo of the damaged item, we will request for the items to be retruned to us and we will provide a shipping label for you to do this, in most instances, if the item has been sent to you via Royal Mail we will ask you to use the same amount of postage for your return. Please do not dispose of any items. We will only refund upon receipt of the items back. All items must be sent back in their original packaging.
